Files on Digitospace belong to the businesses that use it. If you found one that is harmful, illegal, or not theirs to share, tell us and we will look at it.
How to report
Write to abuse@digitospace.com and include:
- The full address of the file, such as https://files.digitospace.com/… or the download link you were sent
- What is wrong with it: phishing, malware, content you own, personal information, or something else
- For a copyright or privacy claim, who you are and why the file is yours to have removed
- How we can reach you, if you want to hear back
What happens next
We read every report. When a file breaks our terms, we take it down, or the whole bucket it is in when the problem is wider. It stops being served within a minute, and cannot be downloaded or copied again. We tell the business that owns it, and act on repeated or serious abuse by closing the account.
If you are in danger, or someone else is, contact the police first.
If we took down your file
The console marks it as taken down. You can still delete it. If you think we made a mistake, write to abuse@digitospace.com with the file’s address and why it should be restored.
